This Enterprise Communications Coordinator will be responsible for:
Writing, editing and distributing internal communications across all areas of the enterprise to improve employee engagement while enhancing the reputation, brand and visibility of the hospital, Executive Leadership and its mission.
Partnering across the enterprise to create and publish engaging and relevant content utilizing a multi-channeled approach that includes the hospital’s intranet, a mobile app for enterprise communications, and several email systems
Partnering across the enterprise to create and publish engaging and relevant content utilizing a multi-channeled approach that includes the hospital’s intranet, a mobile app for enterprise communications, and several email systems.
Ensuring all internal communications – printed and digital – are brand appropriate, consistent in language and message, and aligned with established strategic goals.
Supporting the media relations team in in an administrative capacity: Creating a daily and weekly email distribution that includes all hospital clips and other market and healthcare news to the entire hospital, writes social media copy, tracks media clips, metrics and runs monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Posting press releases and other press materials on the newsroom website, and is responsible for updating on the news homepage and mobile app.
Performing other administrative duties as necessary.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree is required and at least 2 years related experience in journalism, internal corporate communications, marketing communications, public relations, or related field.
Demonstrated writing skills and strong technical skills, with the ability to develop proficiency in specific software programs as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
Media relations, news judgment, writing for public audiences, project coordination and web content management
Media relations monitoring, tracking and analyzing software.
