Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their client’s live their best financial lives.

Job Description:

Serves as an Engagement Consultant for the retirement group’s corporate market and small institutional clients. Defines and delivers engagement strategies for a book of assigned clients based on business goals, corporate culture, financial wellness challenges, and identified employee behaviors. Supports sponsor and participant adoption of RPWS’s products and broader education programs. Understands how to engage various audience demographics to meet plan sponsor goals and address their communication challengesThis is a client facing role where the candidate will prepare and present strategies and briefings to the plan sponsor and their senior management team. Role works closely with internal partners and financial advisors, and is also expected to participate in sales and rebid situations when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required– Marketing or Communications major a plus

  • Experience working with clients and guiding the direction of programs or a product

  • Project management skills with a demonstrated understanding of or willingness to learn production processes across media

  • Problem solver and collaborator mindset with the ability to work in a client facing team environment

  • Experience in the retirement & investment business a plus

  • Experience with digitaland multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media, andTableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other relevant platforms preferred or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Knowledge of the firm’s products and services or a willingness to learn quickly

  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within Compliance deadline)

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$90,000 - $110,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
