<p>Employer Branding &amp; Engineering Partnerships Lead</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As the Lead for Employer Branding &amp; Engineering Partnerships, </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">you will run the global technology employer branding and partnership strategy for Wayfair, a rapidly growing Fortune 500 company hiring thousands of people per year. You will </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">partner closely with the Global Employer Brand team, Talent Acquisition and PR teams charged with finding, attracting and hiring top technical talent to enable Wayfair’s hypergrowth.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop an innovative and comprehensive strategy to prominently position Wayfair as a top global tech employer&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and manage a strategic roadmap of tech employer brand initiatives inclusive of speaking events, blog posts, open source contributions, institutional partnerships and social media presence to amplify technology innovation to the candidate market</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proactively source and iterate on existing partnerships with educational institutions and industry centers of excellence</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate and provide guidance to senior engineering leadership as a trusted advisor and employer branding expert</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own a cross functional team of technical evangelists across Engineering to serve as technical brand/partnership advisors</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with centralized Wayfair Employer Branding and public relations teams to drive the strategy forward</span></li>


<p><strong>What You’ll Need&nbsp;</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Marketing, partnerships, talent acquisition or internal communications background preferred</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in technology employer branding</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Passion for Recruiting with an understanding of how to attract and hire technical talent in a competitive market&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience building a long term vision and working cross functionally to execute a well articulated roadmap at scale</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization from interns to the C-suite</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to self-start, own strategy, priorities and execution of initiatives from beginning to end with limited oversight</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong comfort level leveraging data to drive decision making</span></li>
