The Partner Marketing team is seeking a hard-working, dynamic and results-focused marketing professional to support the strategy and execution of persona focused marketing to Salesforce Partners. We uplift the overall engagement of our partners through innovative, inspiring, and engaging content. The Ecosystem Enablement Marketing, Senior Specialist will build and implement global marketing campaigns to equip Salesforce Partners with the resources to help grow and expand their practice. In this role, you will work collaboratively across the broader organization to understand objectives in reaching the audiences and lead the positioning, marketing strategy, narrative and content for prioritized personas. You will collaboratively work with the broader Partner Experience team and Alliance and Channels organization to understand key objectives to create thoughtful and impactful marketing campaigns. This role will require flexing various marketing, creative, relationship and project management muscles to drive the strategies, build the marketing plans, implement campaigns, and measure/analyze/report on results to refine the marketing as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and lead the narrative, messaging, positioning, marketing strategy, and content for the Alliances + Operations audience

  • Work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding, innovative, and creative marketing campaigns

  • Be responsible for the promotion and integration of partner enablement tools into partner campaigns, communications and engagements

  • Apply data and insights to help optimize and evolve our marketing strategies

  • Understand the technology and work in partnership with the team to run, translate, publish and optimize content in our partner content tool

  • Conduct quarterly audits in the partner content tool to ensure governance and compliance

Professional Experience/Skills Required

  • 5+ years developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns

  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to develop compelling presentations

  • Experience working with creative teams, ad agencies and other vendors

  • Leads with solutions: communicate and mitigate risks with suggested steps to remediate the issues

  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is constantly changing

  • Highly meticulous with strong project management and organizational skills

  • Understanding of our partner ecosystem and the programs and offerings that exist

  • Confirmed experience leading through ambiguity and driving results

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
