Manage all online activities and utilize customer behavior and analytics to boost revenue, conversions and engagement.
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve performance for all paid/performance marketing channels including but not limited to: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and loyalty programs
Set strategy for all third-party marketplaces.
Day to day management of A/B testing;
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams to share the marketplace vision, growth strategy, plans, business recaps, trends & insights etc.
Analyzing weekly reporting of marketplaces, identifying actionable insights, and creating plans to improvise business based on data.
Devise and execute pricing and promotional plans.
Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages developments.
Strong background in Paid Social & Search campaign development, execution & performance measurement, and team management.
Direct experience managing campaigns in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Advertising
Advanced analytics capabilities to support recommendations with data-driven findings, including advanced excel skills.
Knowledge of digital advertising formats, KPIs, and communication metrics.
Ability to present ideas and strategies to executive stakeholders.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines, self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
