    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all online activities and utilize customer behavior and analytics to boost revenue, conversions and engagement.

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve performance for all paid/performance marketing channels including but not limited to: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and loyalty programs

  • Set strategy for all third-party marketplaces.

  • Day to day management of A/B testing;

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams to share the marketplace vision, growth strategy, plans, business recaps, trends & insights etc.

  • Analyzing weekly reporting of marketplaces, identifying actionable insights, and creating plans to improvise business based on data.

  • Devise and execute pricing and promotional plans.

  • Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages developments.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in Paid Social & Search campaign development, execution & performance measurement, and team management.

  • Direct experience managing campaigns in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Advertising

  • Advanced analytics capabilities to support recommendations with data-driven findings, including advanced excel skills.

  • Knowledge of digital advertising formats, KPIs, and communication metrics.

  • Ability to present ideas and strategies to executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines, self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
