As EFI continues to grow in multiple market segments, including print and packaging, we are hiring an eCommerce Manager to lead the digital transformation with taking the business through eCommerce platform. This individual will function as a strategy and execution owner of this new sales channel, be responsible for maximing sales volume by delivering best of class online purchase experience, engaging cross-functional teams to support business priorities and gain mind share of the product owners to market and sell the products through eCommerce platform globally.

Reporting Relationship

The eCommerce Manager position reports to the Sales Chief of Staff and Vice President of WW Sales Operations and can be based anywhere in the US as a remote employee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with Product Marketing Team in each Inkjet product segment and Corporate Marketing to drive and market through eCommerce platform.

  • Develop eCommerce playbooks and guides for all cross-functional teams to follow.

  • Manage eCommerce Product Category and ensure the accuracy and orderability at all times.

  • Drive out-of-the-box thinking and introduce new eCommerce capabilities.

  • Responsible for customer onboarding process to eCommerce site.

  • Analyze customer online purchase behavior through platform reporting and action for improvements.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement Team to streamline customer onboarding process.

  • Market the eCommerce site to existing and new customers and drive the usage rate >90%.

  • Continue to drive process efficiency and standardization through eCommerce by working with cross-functional leaders on areas of improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. MBA is a plus

  • 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years of eCommerce experience

  • Must be incredibily detailed with excellent time management skills

  • Strong analytical skill is a must

  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM and ERP (SAP)

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across functions, cultures, and time zones

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, grasp new concepts quickly, and execute efficiently by “rolling up your sleeves” to get things done

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a matrixed environment

  • Strong skills in all Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills

  • Willing to accommodate a flexible working schedule based on business needs
