Lead the development and planning of multi-channel marketing promotions to drive business results for OAT Brand Revenue Management team.
Continuous analysis of consumer booking trends in order to impact Revenue Management strategies and goals.
Provide meaningful thought leadership to identify and manage change in the areas of promotions and markdowns, understand implications for the business, and innovate current approaches over time as business needs and capabilities evolve.
Chairs and prepares materials for the weekly Revenue Management Meeting; holding team accountable to deliver actions towards their goals.
Deliver monthly financial forecast for revenue management team, including number of travelers, discount expense, and advertising expense.
Responsible for ensuring that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the Brand.
Maintain strong working relationships with senior executives and VPs across brands to ensure revenue management strategy is understood and executed enterprise-wide.
Serve as a guardian for adherence to Revenue Management guidelines and controls.
Must have minimum of 5-7 years of financial planning & analysis, forecasting experience
Experience in revenue management and inventory management
Demonstrated ability to drive results towards profit goals
Proven leadership skills, the ability to resolve issues independently, and the ability to prioritize and organize workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel; ability to move quickly through data and analysis
Ability to be a liaison between multiple groups throughout the organization
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
