Primary Responsibilities: Lead multiple large scale integration and business improvement programs simultaneously Direct corporate onboarding program for the successful integration of newly acquired entities into 13 different corporate functions.

Serve as the primary point of contact between UHG enterprise, Optum Corporate, Acquiring Business Segment and the Acquired Entity to support corporate priorities. Ensure that all work streams the programs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of scope, completion targets and financials Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; ensure resource availability and allocation Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate to management as needed Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Perform tactical tasks as needed with an eye on strategic and long-term goals Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 7 or more years of experience as a Program Manager leading large scale programs 5 or more years of experience in business leadership / sponsorship of large programs / initiatives Experience with MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, SharePoint, and Visio Preferred Qualifications: Previous Healthcare Industry experience Previous Merger and Acquisition and onboarding/implementation experience Clinical experience Soft Skills: Strong leadership skills: listen to stakeholders and incorporate input to ensure alignment, and provide timely feedback and encouragement Negotiation skills: the ability to understand the needs of all interested parties, and collaborate to gain approval of win-win solutions Communication and Presentation skills: able to understand the audience receiving the message, craft clear written and oral communication which is simple to understand, straightforward, and effectively conveys key messages to be delivered Problem solving skills: ability to clearly state the problem / challenge, develop multiple potential scenarios to mitigate the problem, and ensure effective implementation of the best overall solution Flexibility / Adaptability / Emotional Intelligence: successful rapid adaptation to changing circumstances such as organizational changes, changes in client / customer role or guidance, or changes in customer or supplier context Relationship skills: demonstrated success quickly building relationships with C-suite executives, corporate leadership / subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Experience working in a complex matrix organization. Organization skills: ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines by connecting the tactical tasks to the overall strategic goals.
