About the role: We are seeking a Director of Product Management for Small Business to help lead some of the most important features and capabilities for Small Businesses. You’ll get to work on products for banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, lending and tax delivered through API and top-notch customer experiences.
About the team: The Small Business Team at FIS is breaking new ground and enabling SMB’s to focus on what they do best, provide their business product or service, and not on the things that that take time and effort. FIS is bringing new products and capabilities to the SMB market that helps the save time, effort and money with integrated solutions right where they need them to be.
What you will be doing?
You will be leading the creation of Small Business Products and Workflows and related customer experiences. You will be determining what use cases in our most important channels to help your customers run their business. You will be completely responsible for the delivery and execution of the SMB strategy.
Define and maintain the SMB roadmap
Define key capabilities and customer experience workflows in tandem with design and engineering
Contribute to strategy and key decisions on build, buy or partner decisions
Work directly with leadership to align stakeholders
Ensure our solutions succeed in market
