We’re looking for outstanding product leaders with a passion for driving new products and Platform capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption. As a senior leader, you will drive major strategic initiatives from beginning to end.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to focus on bringing microservices to the Salesforce Platform. This is a highly technical role involving knowledge of microservice design patterns, event-driven and serverless architectures, and PaaS deployment automation.

The ideal candidate will identify compelling market opportunities, and drive a product strategy to succeed.


  • Formulate a strategy for delivery of apps, services, and microservices on the Salesforce Platform.

  • Define product requirements for a Platform microservices offering for internal and external facing apps, as well as across Salesforce products.

  • Collaborate across multiple teams executing strategy from design, development through product launch

  • Forecast product adoption targets and deployment goals.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with Salesforce Product Marketing

  • Deliver resources to support adoption through various channels, training, trailhead, blogs, open-source and internal proof of concepts.

  • Engage with our partner and customer communities to drive customer awareness, enthusiasm, and adoption.

  • Work closely with key customers to plan, communicate and execute product roadmap


  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles. MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in engineering or product management delivering SaaS/cloud solutions

  • Proven ability and experience in defining and delivering modern microservice platforms and infrastructure.

  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against a plan

  • Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others.

  • Excellent organization and communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.

  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.
