Director, OEM Accounts: Wakefield, MA – C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. We are currently hiring for a Director, OEM Accounts as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Who We're Looking For: Director, OEM Accounts

The Director, OEM Accounts will handle all communication with key members of the OEM brands in contract with C-4, onboard any new OEM brands (including structuring the proper team and support system), and work cross-functionally with the sales and all other internal departments to support client retention, expansion opportunities, reporting, and product needs to support ongoing OEM Relationships.

A day in the life of a Director, OEM Accounts:

  • Client Management, Expansion, and Strategy:

  • Maintain strong relationships for all current (and future) OEM partnerships.

  • Responsible for being the lead at all OEM recurring meetings and business QBRs.

  • Responsible for client work and client retention of programs and services that apply to OEM program only contracts/registrations.

  • Develop and implement playbook specific strategies that would apply directly to OEM specific marketing to ensure the larger base of C-4 clients are following suite.

  • Implement conversion tracking elements to better evaluate performance. Leveraging this information to expand existing business in new business opportunities

  • Operations:

  • work with the OEM Client Relationship Manager to review and gain a complete understanding of up to date compliance and co-processes for each brand. Leveraging this information to expand business.

  • Keep all internal records of OEM compliance organized and readily accessible for Sales and Client Services.

  • Work with the OEM Client Relationship Manager to identify areas of opportunity to improve process and communication with the co-op team.

  • Develop a regular cadence of meetings for the compliance committee which consists of at least one member of each production team and a few members of client services.

  • Work with Vice Presidents of Client Services to determine rollout strategy of any new processes or procedures for the various affected brands.

  • Client and OEM Expansion:

  • Strengthen relationships with OEM field reps and work with them to identify expansion opportunities.

  • Utilize internal reporting to determine potential upsell opportunities. Provide insight on client frustrations and present additional opportunities.

  • Work in lock step with Client Service and Marketing team to create case studies proving the success of various strategies included in the current suite of services. (Services, Campaigns, Strategies, E-Blast results, BDC improvements, Specials Page Management, etc.).

  • Identify group level expansion opportunities with the OEM book of business.

  • Establish and maintain a playbook style tracker for Digital Consultants (DCs) to report questions and client issues allowing for early identification of potential issues.

    Requirements: Director, OEM Accounts

    Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field plus 5+ years or related work experience in digital or automotive Marketing, Account Management or Client Services

  • 7+ years experience working in digital or automotive Marketing, Account Management or Client Services

  • 2+ years managing client relationships, ideally at the Automotive OEM (tier 1 level)

  • Proven record of Client and OEM relationship expansion

  • Google Analytics Certified.

  • Google AdWords Certified including Advanced Display and Video.

  • Organizational Agility- Knowledgeable about how organizations work and understands the cultures of organizations; Knows how to get things done, through formal and informal networks.

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and always changing environment

  • Plan, implement, manage, measure and report on all OEM campaigns

  • Willing to learn new advertising channels such as Paid Social & Paid Search
