Summary:

We are looking for a leader to join our Global Operations team. The Integrity Review & Launch Operations teams are responsible for Operations that support evaluation of new consumer and enterprise products for integrity risk, ensure compliance with standards at the company, and understand the Operational impact of new products to prepare for launch and minimize the risk in human review workflows. The team partners closely at a company-wide level with Product, Policy, Legal, Privacy, AI Fairness, Global Risk Operations and Community Operations in understanding product requirements, preparing for and mitigating new product risk, and building in scalability and agility with operations teams. The Director will have deep domain expertise in operations, risk and compliance with a passion for bringing safe products to market, cross functional leadership and team development. You will guide the vision and strategy of the team and drive execution as we support our rapidly growing portfolio of products and users globally. You’ll work in close partnership with and influence strategic direction with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to product, product policy, legal, operations, data/analytics. Required Skills:

  1. Serve as cross-functional leader and subject matter expert engaging with global leadership team across the company to identify new strategic risks, partner with product to close those risks, identify process improvement opportunities, and influence the product development lifecycle

  2. Work closely with legal, privacy, and policy on compliance of standards

  3. Manage and drive innovation in our processes to transform the risk review process for the company and global community

  4. Rigorously set and measure operational metrics and outcomes, and continually improve processes through industry-leading methods. Drive accountability by ensuring high quality operational performance, workflow health, and insights to feed product development. Identify and anticipate trends and develop solutions to optimize team workflows and introduce new workflows to improve efficiency

  5. Provide strong and visionary leadership to your teams, enhance and develop a strong team culture of trust and commitment to impact in how we support our community, defining north star for world class community support experience

  6. Partner with global leaders, HR, L&D & Recruiting to develop and execute on a holistic people strategy to attract, retain and develop top talent and role model leadership best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of leadership with 15+ years experience in corporate, product, or operations domain experience in managing large global teams such as process and program management, compliance, risk management in operations

  2. 10+ years of people management experience, including 5+ years experience managing managers and a global team

  3. Cross-functional leadership and relationship building: Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  4. Thought leadership: Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations to provide customer experience through innovation and improvement

  5. Experience communicating effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Preferred experience in technology and/or internet companies

  2. Compliance and risk management experience
