Director Global Channel Programs Skyhigh Security
The leader will be a partner in creating and executing growth strategies for our Enterprise channels. This person will l own all aspects of Channel Program management and evolution, including channel enablement, and profitability programs
High level scope:
• Create manager and evolve the Partner Program.
• Leverage a combination of strategy, project management, analytics and business partnership.
A successful candidate will bring Enterprise channel program and operations experience and insights. The candidate will be agile and creative in identifying strategic growth imperatives and new ways of capturing mind-share of relevant partner communities. This person will also have experience in working with or supporting programs that serve Managed Service Providers (MSP), Cloud Service Providers (CSP), large System Integrators, Distributors, and Telecom organizations. They will have created channel programs to be implemented globally.
About the role:
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Channel Sales organization and leadership team
Collaborate across all lines of business and leadership teams
Create the Channel program strategy that serve Enterprise, Commercial, and Public Sector markets
Manage the Channel program budget and advise on and implement best practices for profitablity programs, including rebates and partner development funds
Work with and optimize key program elements like Deal Registration, Marketing and Demand Generation, and Enablement
Define and manage a management system that measures program benefit and requirement effectiveness and return on investment for Skyhigh Security and our partners
Analyze and evolve approach to selecting, measuring, and supporting strategic Alliances and/or OEMs
Adapt programs for local consumption across all regions, North America, Latin America, EMEA, APAC, and Japan
Ability to deconstruct business risk through analytics, diagnose source issues, define solutions, and ensure action is taken
Play a strategic role in assessing and recommending investment opportunities looking out 2-3 years
Assess risks early, deep dive diagnoses, challenges, and lead efforts to design mitigation strategies
Experience in implementing, managing and developing on Salesforce Partner Communities platform
Experience designing, modeling and launching partner programs for fast growing, partner centric business
Experience selling Cloud based solutions with a wide variety of partners including, Cloud Service Providers, MSPs, Resellers, Distributors and services partners.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to ensure internal constituents participate in the development and execution of partner programs
