What We Need

We are seeking a Director-level Engineering and Value Stream Lead to drive exceptional business outcomes through expert collaboration and a deep understanding of both technical and business domains. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong focus on continuous improvement, capable of leading cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our value delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in harnessing technology and innovation to deliver tangible outcomes. While alignments can shift, this role will initially be focused on the Commercial business unit to include Product, Sales and Health Engagement. Your Day to Day

  • Lead large and complex value streams, which includes aligning activities across teams and working toward common business outcomes

  • Build and foster collaborative relationships across other Value Streams, business areas and with key partners, with the ability to influence executive-level leadership.

  • Establish and support a technology ecosystem for your Value Streams with an eye towards staying ahead of disruptive forces and bringing innovative solutions to our toughest business challenges.

  • Define a vision and strategy for your Value Streams, and continuously identify opportunities to adapt and improve.

  • Partner with Senior Business Value Stream Leaders to effectively define, plan, and deliver technical solutions that support Business outcomes.

  • Manage the execution of a portfolio of initiatives and epics and drive executive level communication

  • Drive ‘speed to value’ by identifying and deploying agile processes in partnership with business owners.

  • Support the prioritization backlogs, addressing risks and dependencies to defined outcomes and ensuring overall alignment with technology and business strategy

  • Make key trade-off decisions to balance quality, cost, and timelines to maximize value; utilize and adhere to technology standards.

What You Bring:

  • Ten years of experience in an Agile/execution leadership role delivering technology solutions on a demanding schedule.

  • Six years of people leadership/ management experience.

  • Strong technical skills and a deep strategic mindset.

  • Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.

  • Strong knowledge of the Health Plan Product & Sales Line of Business with the ability to develop and leverage business and/or vendor partnerships, consult on business priorities, and optimize value through solution identification aligned with business objectives.

Salary Range: $205,000.00 - $259,160.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
