About Team & About Role:

Rubrik’s Director, CXO Experiences & Community leads the development and execution of

high-impact executive engagement programs that deepen Rubrik’s relationships with CIOs,

CISOs, and other senior leaders. Reporting to the VP, CXO Community, the role is responsible

for designing and delivering exclusive CXO experiences that drive strategic dialogue, accelerate

trust, and reinforce Rubrik’s position as a leader in cyber resilience.

What You’ll Do:

• CXO engagement strategy: Develop and execute a global strategy for immersive anddifferentiated executive experiences that enhance Rubrik’s relationships with top IT andsecurity leaders.

• Program leadership: Design and deliver high-profile CXO forums, advisory boards,roundtables, and custom executive engagements globally that align with Rubrik’sbusiness objectives.

• CXO community: Cultivate and nurture Rubrik’s global stakeholder CXO community ofCIOs, CISOs, CDOs, and CTOs.

• CXO database: Partner with the CXO Transformation team to lead the development ofRubrik’s CXO database which includes a Speaker’s Bureau, CXO Mapping Tool, and aCXOs-on-the-Move framework.

• Content & insight development: Work cross-functionally to develop strategic discussiontopics, executive briefs, and thought-provoking content that drive meaningful CXOconversations.

• Strategic relationship building: Strengthen long-term CXO relationships by creating anengagement model that fosters trust, advocacy, and ongoing collaboration.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product management,customer success, and marketing teams to ensure CXO experiences are aligned withgo-to-market priorities and sales motions.

• Impact measurement: Establish clear KPIs and success metrics to assess the businessimpact of executive experiences, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment withcorporate objectives.

Experience You’ll Need :

• 10+ years of experience in executive engagement, strategic programs, or high-profileevent management within the enterprise IT or cybersecurity industry

• Proven ability to design and execute executive experiences that drive business impactand strengthen CXO relationships.

• Deep understanding of IT and security leadership priorities, enterprise transformationtrends, and industry challenges.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.

• Exceptional program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This role is instrumental in elevating Rubrik’s executive engagement strategy, ensuring top IT

and security leaders see Rubrik as a critical partner in their cyber resilience journey. Through

curated experiences and strategic interactions, they enhance CXO trust, influence, and long-

term business partnerships.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range

$196,000—$260,000 USD
