We are looking for an experienced leader for the Microsoft Security Customer Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You will be responsible for all aspects of our customer focused GTM efforts, including driving our customer skilling plans, planning world class customer marketing events, and making our customer experience of trying, buying, and deploying security solutions easier than ever.

Leading the team to build out an easier, simpler way for customers to discover, try, and buy Security solutions.
Optimizing our digital led GTM customers through their journey from discover all the way through to deploying and using our technology.
Lead our events presence at key Microsoft and Industry security events to engage customers and reiterate Microsoft’s security leadership.
Strategic ideation and prioritization for customer skilling and technical readiness working in partnership with key content development teams.
10+ years of experience in technology product management/marketing, with experience building and leading teams
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years of work experience in technology product management/marketing.
Able to translate ideas into clear, high-impact communications and presentations.
Experience leading a team of high performing marketers

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous high-priority projects (often including project management of cross-functional v-teams)
