Job Title:

Director, Channel Sales

Role Overview:

-Positioning reporting directly to SVP, Channel, designed to work on key objectives to align channel and field sales

  • Develop channel sales strategies, goals and objectives to drive MSSP and emerging markets.

  • Conduct regular sales reviews to ensure team alignment.

  • Responsible for weekly sales forecasting of channel sales team performance.

  • Responsible for driving revenue through partners to develop Trellix business.

  • Build and leverage successful relationships with senior reseller partners.

  • Leverage business acumen to co-develop business plans supported by pipeline with reselling partners.

  • Uses sales skills to co-sell and support reseller sales activities.

  • Coordinate with field sales engineering, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner requirements.

  • Responsible for providing partner input to other Trellix team members.

  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

  • Proactively evaluate, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs while creating joint partner solutions by coordinating the involvement of all necessary Trellix and partner personnel.

  • Collaborate with partner compliance with partner agreements.

  • Responsible for managing existing partners and proactively recruiting new channel partners.

About You

  • You have 10+ years experience in managing sales or channel sales programs and teams

  • You have 10+ years experience within the security industry

  • You have experience creating and leading innovative sales or channel programs
