We are currently hiring for Director – Business Insights Lead professionals experienced with defining and developing Business Insights for Life Science organizations Boston.
Leads and performs complex analysis on Life Science Customer, Product, Transaction, Market Access, Patient or Omnichannel datasets to assist business decision making, commercial planning, and strategy development.
Identify and understand client issues and gaps in their existing Business insight to action development process.
Recommend KPIs for specific user personas, technology / tactical improvements or UX/UI enhancements to meet their immediate and long-term needs.
Work extensively with stakeholders to develop and enhance growth and profitability strategies, including communicating areas of opportunity or concern. Facilitates cross-functional alignment on solutions and partners with stakeholders to implement recommendations.
Delivers diagnostics, descriptive and prescriptive analytics uncovering and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Translating quantitative analyses and findings into accessible visuals for non-technical audiences, providing a clear view into interpreting the data.
Presents to senior management stakeholders on research, status, recommendations, and business impact.
Coaching more junior or non-technical peers to structure, drive, and communicate findings from analytical projects.
Ability to apply more advanced analytical concepts to improve business outcomes.
Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
Act and be seen as trusted advisor by both client and internal stakeholders
Client Needs Assessment, Project scoping for projects
Demonstrate technical and strategic leadership
Lead and Own delivery of Business Insight engagements by exceeding customer expectations
Prepare Estimation and Pricing for customer and internal projects
Lead medium to large size projects, and manage the execution by planning project activities, assigning tasks to team, tracking and monitoring the tasks, and working with close coordination with the senior leadership (both client and internal)
Provide training and support for internal employees and customers
Mentor large team to build required capabilities and technical strength
Need to actively contribute to Pre-Sales /BD for custom solutions
Identify and develop use cases, KPIs, POCs, demos to demonstrate our capability in Big Data and in our ability to understand and address business problems
Author solutions for current and potential customer concerns, including responding to RFPs and developing white papers
Desired Skills & Experience
Overall 10+ years of experience in Business Insight leadership in Life Sciences.
Hands-on experience and proficiency in: -
Tableau, MicroStrategy, QlikSense or PowerBI
Knowledge in Data Analysis, UX/UI Design & KPI development
Self-starter who can work independently.
Team-player who is pleasant to work with.
Excellent at both verbal and written communications (must be able to represent Axtria and lead discussions with both technical and business leaders in the organization)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong aptitude toward problem solving and working with large data sets
Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines.
