KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.
Lead market development, account planning, pipeline origination/qualification/development, pursuit team assembly and opportunity to drive new sales bookings
Work with Oracle alliance and field sales teams, KPMG industry and account teams and extended KPMG Alliance team to drive new opportunities in target accounts within assigned industry
Build market awareness of KPMG's Oracle services offerings, capabilities, and credentials
Educate KPMG account teams, the Oracle field organization and clients on how KPMG portfolio of Oracle offerings help address client needs or solve client issues
Ability to articulate the KPMG business-led, technology-enabled Oracle digital transformation proposition for assigned industry
Bring focus, energy and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times and improve our overall win rate; demonstrate excellence in applying KPMG's sales methodology
Minimum eight years of successful Oracle professional services business development (Oracle alliance management and/or Oracle services sales) experience, focused on enterprise-level financial services accounts with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
Strong Oracle Partner professional services ecosystem experience and relevant relationships and industry knowledge with Oracle; subject matter proficiency is preferred
Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results, often exceeding several million dollars
Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs and KPMG service offerings
Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship-building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CISO
