KPMG is

currently seeking a Director-level candidate focused on selling Deal Advisory

& Strategy Services to Private Equity Firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help drive new business within Private Equity Firms

  • Drive pipeline development through the origination and cultivation of new Private Equity relationships

  • Build market awareness for KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy end-to-end solutions, both within the deal context and inside the client's exiting portfolio

  • Develop core competency around the KPMG service offerings

  • Demonstrate ability to structure an independent client/opportunity pursuit plan that includes a robust activity schedule and highly organized tracking of activities

  • Deliver value through relationship building and ability to match client needs with appropriate KPMG solutions

  • Ability and passion to drive collaboration across KPMG service offerings, business development organization, and the broader partnership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of demonstrated success in complex selling and/or solution sales experience with a client base consisting of Private Equity and Institutional Investors

  • Self-starter that possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to drive meaningful client activities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of developing trusting business relationships

  • Ability to understand complex content, industry issues, and KPMG service offerings and apply knowledge to appropriately match client needs

  • Strong executive presence and history of relationship-building activities with key economic buyers at Private Equity Firms and portfolio company management teams across the entire C-Suite

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to travel regularly

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa
