Position Overview Autodesk is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our BIM 360 Demand Generation and Growth Marketing team and participate in transforming marketing at Autodesk. Using innovative digital marketing strategies, the BIM 360 team is focused on growing the reach of Autodesk s BIM 360 cloud platform for construction management and project delivery by using data analytics and personalization to reach the right people, with the right content at the right time.
Working within an integrated digital marketing team you will develop and implement data driven optimization strategies across a network of demand generation activities for BIM 360 in construction. You will collaborate and work closely with product marketing teams, marketing automation and operations, and web publishing to ensure execution across various campaign activities.
You will need to be an effective communicator who thinks strategically, writes concisely, and works collaboratively.
Responsibilities * Work within an integrated marketing team to analyze the performance of marketing channels and create actionable optimization recommendations * Drive the strategy, implementation and analysis of Testing (A/B, multivariate) to drive performance lifts * Influence and implement SEO strategy across all marketing touch points to drive organic growth and reach * Create/design marketing assets and experiences (landing pages/emails/display ads) * Evangelize your findings throughout the org chart, inspiring marketing leaders to adopt data-proven strategies, and helping teams execute them effectively * Keep up with industry trends for marketing, optimization, and analytics; help the team mature in the offerings provided to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications * 4-6 years of experience, preferably in roles combining analytics, marketing and strategy * Strong understanding across the entire digital marketing ecosystem and related KPIs * Experience optimizing multi-channel programs across the full buyer s journey
Preferred Qualifications * Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into a story for business & marketing stakeholders * Ability to succeed in a large, highly-collaborative, cross-functional organization * Expertise with web analytics (ideally Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing (ideally Adobe Target) tools * Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) * Experience with marketing automation, the use of behavioral triggers and digital media buying * Experience with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Domo, Looker, Splunk) * Knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry * Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Stats, or a related field
