Seniorlink/Caregiver Homes Digital Marketing Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Seniorlink is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This position requires a blend of digital marketing strategy, demand generation, analytic and project management skills with proven real-world experience, backed by results. You will be responsible for driving the digital strategy for Seniorlink, with demand generation being central to this role. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this person will be responsible for executing across five key areas.

  • Lead digital strategy for Seniorlink

  • Lead the development of top-notch demand-generation and marketing automation program to support a high growth B2B2C marketing model across all digital channels with focus on social and search

  • Optimize and expand Seniorlink’s digital eco-system with a focus on enhancing the digital experience for prospective consumers and referring partners

  • Management and maintenance of digital, email and Marketing Automation campaigns, platform integrations and the corporate website,

  • Analyze and present campaign performance data

  • Create a first-class digital experience for Seniorlink’s current and prospective customers, business partners and employees

  • Design, execute, measure, optimize and share results of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Manage all owned digital properties; website, social channels, caregiver community and oversee third party vendors, consultants and budgets assigned to these properties

  • Evolve digital footprint for Seniorlink and associated brand properties

  • Manage and inform SEO strategy

  • Concept, create, execute and manage Seniorlink’ s demand generation efforts ranging from lead gen to nurture campaigns using marketing platforms HubSpot, Salesforce. Focus on quality of lead to enrollment.

  • As digital SME, incorporate best practices in digital marketing campaigns and stay informed of relevant trends, best-in-class competitor campaigns

  • Research and launch marketing automation tools to enhance the digital experience for customers in both the b2b and consumer space
