As a member of the digital marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager develops, executes and analyzes digital content creation strategic digital acquisition programs for MCPHS student prospect nurturing and conversion.


Accountable for content creation initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver student enrollment Collaborate across the institution to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives at the lowest possible cost Partner with the marketing team to generate content ideas that align with business goals and marketing campaigns Creating compelling content including thought leadership and community stories that engage targeted audiences and support prospects? journey to conversion Support development of images, infographics and other rich media Optimize content for SEO Assist in the management of the editorial guidelines so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone Assist in the management of editorial calendar and organization workflows Own customer journey-based planning Plan, execute and monitor integrated digital communications strategies and tactics across multiple channels including social media, mobile, email marketing, search, display and video Manage content workflow, including internal stakeholder and legal/compliance review Manage content distribution across paid and organic platforms Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Manage email campaigns, from audience segmentation to email creative development, including deployment and measurement Develop and execute email marketing campaigns designed to deliver customer retention, generate online conversions and deepen customer relationships

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.


Required: Bachelor?s degree and three to five years of experience in content development and execution of custom digital strategies/tactics in a service product marketing environment Experience with the creation and curation of digital content across a wide spectrum of digital channels Strong knowledge and understanding of digital technologies Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what content audiences want to consume and then proceeds to create it Ability to analyze content performance and optimize for highest engagement Ability to employ analytical approaches to solve digital marketing problems Ability to work effectively with others to provide seamless MCPHS enrollment marketing campaigns Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot or any other marketing automation platform
