Description
AWS is on a hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to revolutionize how we connect with key customer segments.
In this role, you will architect and optimize our web presence and digital nurture programs to accelerate customer acquisition and drive adoption. You will craft compelling web experiences and enable our teams to deploy innovative campaigns across digital channels.
With a deep understanding of UI/UX, analytics, and responsive design, you'll continuously enhance the digital journey for senior decision-makers. A master communicator and SEO savant, you'll provide strategic optimization guidance to content and campaign teams, analyze all aspects of web performance, comparing that performance against internal and external benchmarks, and lead initiatives to improve performance toward broader team goals. The candidate will have project management and stakeholder management skills, and are highly motivated to understand the digital behavior and preferences of your audience.

Key job responsibilities
Work with global and regional stakeholders to gather web requirements for campaigns and nurture programs.
Devise and own the planning and execution of SEO optimization, including working with content teams and an SEO agency on implementing web content and copy edits, and integrating new content.
Work with Campaign manager and UX designer to define the look and feel, layout, content flow of webpages and email programs.
Maintain day-to-day management of global and localized webpages and nurture programs. Manage and update digital assets including metadata, PDFs, graphics, and videos, etc.
Be the team expert on all things web, including web production, analytics, and testing. Develop and execute testing plans to improve web metrics.
Work with third-party digital experience tools and stakeholders to implement new capabilities. Partner with teams across AWS to execute co-owned website projects and feature upgrades.
Handle integrations between website properties, CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce and Marketo.
Implement necessary tracking mechanisms and analyze data patterns to gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior.
Articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and implement data-driven optimizations.
Support and enable Campaign teams in utilizing the website for various programs.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Hands-on experience working with a website content management system (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, CRM system (e.g. Salesforce), and Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
Understanding of SEO and marketing communications best practices
Knowledge of project management tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
