Verndale Digital Marketing Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts

About the Digital Marketing Coordinator

Verndale is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its growing department. The right-fit candidate will have a broad knowledge base – a generalist – who can provide value to clients across platforms and disciplines, including: Analytics (clickstream collection systems, Tag Management Systems, Attribution modeling, etc), SEO, Content, Paid Media (Display, Retargeting, PPC, Social Paid), Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, D/UX, etc. The Digital Marketing Coordinator role exists as part of a cross-functional practice team, can also be client facing, and supports both the Digital Marketing Lead within the team, and the digital marketing department across teams.

This role may be in our Boston, US office or our Quito, Ecuador office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to measure and optimize marketing performance across digital channels

  • Partner with Digital Marketing Lead and our clients to develop top-level SEO/content/UX/digital marketing strategies that aligns with client goals

  • Work with engineering teams to implement digital marketing platforms and customizations according to client needs

  • Optimize client-produced content for SEO

  • Conduct onsite analysis for SEO/content/UX/analytics

  • Track performance and produce reports with actionable recommendations

  • Analyze performance of content through Google Analytics, keyword ranking tools, and content intelligence tools

  • Work cross-functionally to support activities for experimentation, personalization, and more

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical marketing platforms (i.e. marketing automation, SEO tools/ platforms, email marketing, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, CRM, business intelligence, tagging management platforms such as Google Tag manager, Tealium, Omniture, etc.)

  • Experience with Marketing Automation systems such as Marketo & Eloqua

  • Familiarity with Content Management systems such as Sitecore, Episerver, Sitefinity, etc

  • Strong technical acumen; excellent communication and presentation skills required

  • University / college degree required
