Acxiom LLC Digital Marketing Campaign Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

As Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work with Solution and Vertical Marketers to setup their multi-channel campaigns (social, paid media, PR, email, website, webinars) within Salesforce and Marketo. You will be responsible for the end-to end- implementation, optimization and reporting of digital Marketing campaigns in Salesforce and Marketo, and you will contribute to projects involving website, lead generation and marketing analytics systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with solution and vertical marketers in the US and abroad to setup their multi-channel campaigns (social, paid media, PR, email, website, webinars) within Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Build out Marketo assets and tools, such as landing pages, email templates, graphics, lists and forms

  • Build out nurture programs

  • Develop and implement Marketo programs, including programming, monitoring, and optimization

  • Monitor and manage email deliverability and opt-out requirements to assure legal compliance (CAN-SPAM and CASL)

  • Support database health - ensure data cleanliness and completeness leveraging tools in Marketo, Salesforce and third-party data providers

  • Refine marketing lists and implement segmentation strategies for targeted verticals and personas

  • Ensure all data from marketing campaigns funnel through Salesforce and Marketo as needed and can be measured

  • Help deliver on the marketing team’s vision on metrics and reporting. This includes building and reporting on dashboards, funnels, and campaigns between Salesforce and Marketo and providing ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI

  • Provide day-to-day system, administration and configuration support for all Marketo users

Desired Skills and Experience

Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation (Marketo specifically preferred)

  • Experience with Salesforce.com; managing email marketing and nurture campaigns.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and high degree of initiative to drive projects to completion

  • Ability to think creatively and offer suggestions to optimize marketing campaigns and engagement; proofing and good grammar a must! Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid analytical skills

Preferred

  • Hands on Marketo experience and Marketo Certification. Other marketing automation tool knowledge a plus

  • Google Analytics

  • Google tag management knowledge a plus HTML knowledge
