Guidehouse is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and organized Digital Events and Marketing Senior Consultant to support the strategy, design, and implementation of modern practices for digital communications, events, and learning products and services. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team, including outreach coordinators, marketing specialists, digital strategist, writers, designers and project leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong client service background, acute attention to detail, experience in instructional design, eLearning, events, facilitation, excellent organizational skills, and willingness to be part of a team.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Frequently engage with client leadership and team members

  • Coordinates with cross-functional team including instructional systems designers, project managers, subject matter experts, event planners, digital specialists, and event planners to ensure high quality delivery of events and digital training products (e.g., eLearning) for a public health audience

  • Works to strategize and design events and learning activities

  • Conducts reviews of a variety of deliverables produced throughout the production life cycle to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to documented standards

  • Participates in meetings, navigates different stakeholder priorities, and drives tasks to completion on-time and at a high level of quality

  • Conducts review sessions with client stakeholders and coordinates feedback with team

  • Seeks opportunities to streamline processes and optimize client and production team interactions to ensure exceptional delivery

  • Performs research on current trends and best practices in events and learning

  • Provides digital marketing and communication material support

  • Collaborates with cross-functional team members to identify client needs and generate forward-thinking ideas to engage with targeted audiences to share information

  • Solves problems applying critical thinking and consulting mindset



  • Six (6) or more years of direct client engagement experience with three (3) of more years of experience in digital events or learning activities

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.

  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to deal effectively with customers, contractors, peers, and leadership

  • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail

  • Proven record of balancing concurrent tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering quality results


  • Experience in professional services consulting

  • Applied knowledge of learning technologies including content development using Articulate 360 (or another eLearning platform), implementation of eLearning with learning management systems, and 508 compliance

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

Only candidates located in the Eastern & Central time zones will be considered for this position.
