Job Description:

Digital Content Optimization Lead

As a key member of the Preferred Digital Solutions team, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven candidate to revolutionize how we make complex financial concepts relatable to a new generation of investors. This role will work very closely with the Digital Content Strategy Lead and as our strategy is defined, this person will play a key role in ensuring the success of our overall digital content strategy, which includes ensuring our content is being shared in new and engaging ways and is aligned to key audiences, content gaps are identified and remediated, as well as coordinating with our executionpartners. Thiscandidate should be passionate aboutmaking complex concepts relatable and accessible to mass affluent investors.

Recently, we’ve seen an unprecedented shift in the number of and demographics of first time investors. To meet the needs of our current and future clients, now’s the time for us to reimagine how we deliver educational content to those investors, ensuring they have what they need, when they need it, to be knowledgeable and confident investors, which will be the primary focus of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure banking and investing educational content is relatable to clients and prospects, and identify any content gaps as it relates to our digital content strategy.

• Hold partners accountable for delivering content that is easy to understand, jargon free, adapted for various audiences, and is being delivered and amplified in optimal channels based on client needs.

• Work closely across digital, Marketing, and content team to ensure partner needs are met.

• Ongoing content assessment to ensure that partner and vender relationships are being optimized.

• Coordinate timing of content enhancements.

Required skills

• Experience interpreting and executing on a defined strategy

• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a cross functional team

• Strong leadership and ability to influence across partners, peers and executives

• Experience with project management

• Ability to research and learn about a wide range of topics

• Adaptable, independent, and proactive, with attention to detail

• Excellentorganization skills;ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• 5years of experience in the financial services industry

Desired skills

• Knowledge of investment and banking products — and relevant financial topics like budgeting and saving, investing, retirement planning and college savings

• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing basics such as competitive analysis; understanding of product positioning and segmentation

• Experience redefining client engagement methods and channels to stay relevant and competitive

• Leverage in house and third party research to deliver best in class content topics and navigation

• Experience with vendor reviews and assessment

• A four year degree
