Intel Digital Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

This role is on BCSE's (Brand, Customer & Sales Exp) Measurement Insights and Enablement team which is focused on delivering frictionless access to insights and measurement to inform decisions.

We work with a variety of stakeholders across the marketing and sales organization to establish marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), develop and execute market, and channel specific measurement and help scale our measurement capabilities through enablement.

In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • driving development of our social analytics measurement and prioritization;

  • developing and executing objective-based measurement plans;

  • collaborating with stakeholders on KPI and target setting;

  • collaborating to develop performance narratives.

A successful candidate must demonstrate:

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and data skills with the ability to interpret and simplify complex data sets for others and communicate details or summarize data trends and key themes

  • Knowledge of marketing technology and analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Talkwalker, Spriklr, Eloqua

  • Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people, including senior execs

  • Demonstrate leadership among a geographically dispersed team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: both for day to day communication as well as ad-hoc presentations

  • Strong collaboration

  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership

  • Well-developed organizational and project management skills

  • Able to execute with urgency, to ensure timely decisions in a fast-paced industry

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand and exhibit understanding of sales and marketing's objectives and key strategies

Willingness to both work on projects or tasks with a team and independently

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship .

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years marketing or media analytics experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $102,120.00-$169,020.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
