About the Role
We are seeking a talented Demand Generation Manager to drive our growth and accelerate prospects and customers through our demand funnel. This role will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and implementing all facets of demand generation activities. The right individual will have proven B2B marketing experience, a strong command of funnel management tactics, and marketing technology experience, including Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot).
Success in this role requires a motivated individual to work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to execute demand generation campaigns, manage campaign data flow, and track funnel activity.
This role is remote, reporting directly to the Director of B2B Marketing.
Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and other information to execute effective marketing campaigns and programs that focus on the development of Leads, MQLs, and SQLs.
Develop engaging lead nurturing journeys for new prospects and existing customers
Map content and marketing collateral to the buyer's journey by vertical, buyer stage, and persona
Manage an Account-Based Marketing approach to support identification, prospecting, and penetration into target accounts
Produce campaign summaries to track conversion rates, lead flow, and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns
In collaboration with Sales Operations and Digital Marketing Teams, maintain/enhance database quality, process data imports, and provide segmentation for marketing campaigns in compliance with CAN SPAM/GDPR laws
Createsales enablement materialsin partnership with SANS sales and marketing teams, includingpresentation decks, sales flyers, and other communication materials
5+ years of hands-on experience in a B2B demand generation environment
Experience executing cross-functional demand generation programsandlead nurturing journeys
Direct experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo (or similar), and Salesforce.com for management of email campaigns, lists, imports, campaigns, dashboards, and reports
Understanding of email marketing best practices
Passion for results, measurement, and optimization to continuously drive ROI
Experience with Account-Based programs a plus.
Experience with PathFactory a plus
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Strong attention to detail
