DEI Talent Acquisition Partner
Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition
Our Talent Acquisition team supports the PCG’s organization to acquire top talent. While we believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to drive this work and live our values, we will look to the recruiting team to provide leadership and guidance for how we attract & engage underrepresented talent across all levels in the company.
As the DEI Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the creation, consultation, and successful execution of a diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting strategy.
Performs other duties as necessary to support business objectives, including, but not limited to providing support to other functional areas of recruiting.
• Identify DEI-specific recruiting opportunities, developing a strategy for how we attract and engage underrepresented talent• Cascade PCG-wide DEI recruiting initiatives to the leadership team and serve as the recruiting point person for grassroots / ERG / bottom-up DEI efforts• Coach leaders and hiring managers on embedding inclusive hiring practices to meet our DEI goals and objectives• Serve as team liaison for the recruiting DEI strategy and execute on project work• Develop scalable training solutions (in partnership with Learning and Development) and lead facilitation of inclusion-specific content; including onboarding• Lead the recruiting team in the internship recruiting of the DEI recruiting strategy, roadmap & OKR achievement. Determine the best schools to recruit from and build partnerships to ensure alignment.• Manages the entire onboarding process of all new hires.• Responsible for cold calling potential candidates• Sourcing Screening potential candidates• Assists in the coordination of communication for potential candidates• Accurate data entries into HRIS system and related HR technologies. Development and maintenance of HR related metrics and reports from those systems and performs analysis on results.• Responsible for effectively identifying, investigating, and recommending resolution of employee relations issues• Manages full cycle recruitment process.• Performs other duties as necessary to support business objectives, including, but not limited to providing support to other functional areas of recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or equivalent experience.• 7+ years of experience recruiting. Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.• Ability to take a DEI recruiting strategy and drive high quality strategy and execution.• Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions and measure impact about the recruiting process.• Extensive experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and gaining leadership buy-in from senior management.• Capacity to think flexibly and move quickly in a fast-growing and ever-changing environment.• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thoroughly research options in terms of risk and consequence prior to making recommendations.• A passion for people and a steady focus on the needs of a diverse talent base across the employee lifecycle.
• Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.• Ability to think, communicate in a fast-paced environment.• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and members of the work community.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.• Must demonstrate sound judgement and strong critical thinking skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects accurately and confidently.• Ability to operate computers and all standard programs used by the industry; able to learn and effectively use any and all other computer programs that are or will be made available.
