Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for the institutional retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their clients live their best financial lives.

Job Description:

This position plays a key role within the Defined Contribution product team and within the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions line of business. The candidate will work with the line of business partners to execute the strategic vision, as well as the day-to-day initiatives to support the proprietary recordkeeping platform and business growth. This role will function as a key member of product team and assist in the creation of project scope, details and testing. Responsibilities require institutional retirement knowledge and product owner experience.

Primary responsibilities:

Assist with product initiatives, including key operating priorities

Work with technology & the PMO on requirement definition (EPICs & Stories), testing, training, and rollout of new enhancements

Oversight of the team’s policies and procedures

Work with the senior product managers to evolve our platform capabilities, consistent with the goals of our future-state strategic plan

Responsible for reviewing the questions and responses within the client proposal database (RFP database)

Support business partners, including services, operations, and sales, as needed

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related business experience within the retirement or financial services industries

  • Knowledge of Defined Contribution Plans (401(k))

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau and JIRA a plus

  • Effectively establish relationships and work cross functionally

  • Commitment to quality, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

  • Challenges the status quo and recommends new approaches/ideas

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$78,000 - $96,200 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
