Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Customer Success Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our strategic portfolio management team within our PLM department in the Service Business Unit. In that role, you will work closely with our idea & innovation manager, business intelligence manager, product developers, sales colleagues and business developers in the regions making sure we are attracting, engaging and developing customer fitting products and services.

Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.


  • Serves as an expert on how our product portfolio fits customer demands and how we can shape our future portfolio based on direct customer feedback and engagement

  • Checks with developers, Project Managers and Management on customer’s side options to integrate Siemens Gamesa O&M products and gives strategic, commercial and organizational recommendations for our product portfolio development

  • In your new role you will plan and manage customer market research projects and data analysis to constantly measure our product portfolio fit against customers overall goals and objectives

  • Enhance and execute our customer segmentation strategy by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer preferences and motivations

  • Detail customer profiles and utilize customer insights to suggest targeted products and amendments to our current product portfolio mix

  • You will also support our idea and innovation manager in facilitating customer workshops during ideation to identify and develop business opportunities

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience and Abilities

  • Extensive working experience with proven ability to take customer perspective into business decisions

  • You have an agile mindset and focus on value creation through outside the box thinking

  • You are intuitive, personable, and commercially aware

  • You hold a Master’s degree in business, engineering, or other related digital disciplines

  • Clear communication & stakeholder mgmt. skills and the ability to build relationships with different people across a company

  • Structured, motivating but at the same time patient

  • Ownership attitude and performance driven

  • Fluent in English

  • International mindset / intercultural awareness

  • Collaborative team player
