We’re on the hunt for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will bring high energy, a fun spirit, and passion for helping our customers succeed. In this role, you will focus on ensuring our customers are effectively using our products and services.
Build trusted relationships with our top customers and retain their business
Handle customer escalations to resolve key issues
Drive customer adoption of Buildium's software & services
Cross sell products and services to existing customers
Travel to visit high priority customers
Ensure customers are successful and have an awesome experience with Buildium
Advocate within Buildium to address high priority customer needs
Become an expert in the property management business and Buildium's software
3-5 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally in software
Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to anyone
Fast learner; thirst for making yourself better
Demonstrated success in a customer-focused environment
Ability to deal with customer challenges
High energy, integrity, and can-do attitude
Hungry to develop and build relationships across our customer base
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Expert at juggling dozens of competing demands and managing limited time
