The Small Business Performance Assessment team provides performance reporting, analysis and process management to Small Business and its nearly 2,000 Small Business specialists. The team is situated within the line of business under the Performance & Partnerships Executive and directly supports market managers, division executives, performance executives and support teams, which provides a unique opportunity for talented analysts to work closely with senior leaders within the line of business.

This role will focus on analysis of associate productivity through several existing frameworks, as well responding to requests for ad hoc performance analysis from a wide spectrum of partners including Financial Centers, Consumer Academy, Small Business Bankers, Small Business Consultants, Small Business Client Managers and others. Candidates should be able to obtain data, convert it into information and generate insight into performance that helps senior leaders understand root causes of performance issues and the actions needed to address them.

Accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail, Preferred & Small Business). Provides support to senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s) teams to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Accountable for initiative support, coordination, robust analysis and communications.

Required Skills:

  • Technical skills required in SQL and VBA

  • Expert level Excel experience

  • 2+ years Experience in Small Business or Financial Center Sales Support

  • Desired Skills:

  • MBA desired

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex analysis with simplicity, demonstrate executive presence and be comfortable interacting directly with senior leaders
