Salesforce Professional Services Field Enablement team is looking for a proven, passionate and strategic learning professional. This individual contributor role is an enablement resource responsible for delivering enablement programs for all roles in Professional Services, primarily focusing on our Services Seller audience, by creating and delivering scalable role based enablement. Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to ensure a consistent learning experience and use their strong background in learning and training to influence decisions and identify continuous improvement. Identify learning opportunities through analytics and measurement, enlisting continuous feedback and constant innovation.


  • Create and deliver scalable enablement programs that positively impact employee productivity and achieve desired business outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely across a global, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business

  • Build trust and credibility with executive leadership in order to align learning needs with business challenges and organizational priorities.

  • Partner closely with the Instructional Design Team who develops the curriculum in an interactive way

  • Deliver training to learners at different levels, across a variety of topics in an engaging and impactful way to drive outcomes

  • Knowledgeable of effective learning strategies to most effectively enable field resources

  • Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, why, and how often, and knowing when to escalate.

  • Manage roadmap for their respective line of area of focus in enablement and drive prioritization in line with the strategy

  • Responsible for driving field readiness of the enablement programs with the field using leading edge technologies

  • Communicate clear actions so learners understand their learning paths and deadlines

  • Understand industry leading trends in learning strategies and tools

  • Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

  • Minimum of 7 years SaaS experience

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including corporate learning experience, in a mid-to large-sized organization.

  • Knowledge of Professional Services business model

  • Experience with Sales process and soft skills surrounding the Sales cycle

  • Experience designing and delivering innovative learning programs with measurable business results.

  • Strong Delivery skills, primarily in soft skills and sales skills

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal skills; adept at resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level.

  • Effective communication skills and training background

  • Exceptional analytical skills; experience overseeing and managing business metrics, productivity, and outcomes.

  • Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines.
