What You'll Do at Pega:
Product Management - Translate market needs, customer requests, and corporate goals into clearly defined product vision and functional and non-functional requirements. Align the Customer Service for Comms roadmap with broader Customer Service “horizontal” and platform roadmaps.
Competitive Product Analysis - Identify trends in the industry that relate to specific applications and related technical capabilities and business practices
Cross-functional Collaboration - work with Sales, Services, and partners to ensure the application is demonstrable with minimal configuration or customization. Ensure teams have a deep understanding of the application’s features, key differentiators, challenger themes, architecture, demonstration assets, etc
Evangelize - Present product strategy, future direction, and currently available features to customers, partners, industry analysts and other areas of the Pega organization. Offer opinionated and prescriptive direction on implementation methodology in order to deliver value more quickly.
Who You Are:
You are a Product Manager with deep experience in application technology AND familiarity with the telecommunications industry. You're technically curious and able to learn how the sophisticated Pega platform works. You're especially good at having an informed opinion and influencing others without putting anyone off. You've got knowledge of CRM or Customer Service solutions, ideally having worked in or supported a Customer Service business unit.
What You've Accomplished:
You have successfully released a software product in the telecommunications market
You have completed a bachelor's degree, ideally a masters in computer science or MBA
You have delivered projects requiring collaboration with resources outside your direct control.
