Your Day to Day

As an Creative Project Manager, you would be working on:

  • Workflow Management: Manage an intake process to evaluate incoming requests, eliminate ambiguities, gather requirements, prioritize, and assign Creative team members, as needed. Run daily standup with the Creative team to eliminate roadblocks, balance workloads, and set expectations.

  • Project Execution: Manage day-to-day creative execution by creating timelines, communicating status to stakeholders, setting appropriate expectations, negotiating deadlines, and updating workflow tools. Proactively identify risk, propose solutions, and communicate decisions and their impact. QA creative assets and manage delivery to stakeholders within the organization

  • Communication: Able to be flexible, reprioritize, and pivot as new information becomes available. Write clear and concise communications to summarize decisions made, next steps, assigned owners, and open issues. Able to follow up on outstanding issues, negotiate, and find resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Tools & Process: Keep workflow tools updated with current information and requirements. Upload, tag, and update DAM libraries on a regular basis. Maintain SharePoint asset libraries and associated documentation files.

What We’re Looking For

As a Creative Project Manager your background will look like

  • 2-5 years of Marketing/Project Management experience executing creative deliverables of varying types and strong understanding of creative design processes

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 

  • Proficiency with workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.)

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
