About the role:

Partnering with the Head of Content, we are looking for a Creative Producer to lead the team and drive campaign development through live action shoots, photography shoots, and other digital projects. We are looking for someone who will be a key creative production partner for organic growth by driving production work for the best creative output while collaborating with internal partners to ensure all creatives are in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project goals and scope, develop schedules, estimates and engagement plans, author and negotiate contracts and manage agency relationships.

  • Lead campaign development across mediums such as live action shoots, photography shoots, digital projects and activations.

  • Handle internal staff workflow and direct outside agencies and/or production partners in a variety of cross-disciplinary executions from concept to completion.

  • Be a key creative production partner to Creative and Marketing, driving production work and/or agency work and maintaining relationships for the best creative output.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (Product Marketing, Strategy, Media, Ops, Performance, etc) across lines of business to shepherd projects through launch.

  • Plug into and help refine creative production workflows (troubleshooting challenges in real time)

  • Lead production on photo and video shoots

  • Keep up with design and technology trends and consistently bring new innovative ideas to the table.

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and producers through management, planning and development of creative campaigns

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative production and/or development role

  • Link to a reel or portfolio highlighting relevant work experience must be provided to be considered

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro

  • Have a strong working knowledge of brand development, creating for digital, video production

  • Highly organized, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously

  • Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners

  • Strong network of creative professionals
