As an Executive Recruiter for Consumer Advanced Solutions & Digital Banking you will be an integral part of implementing the strategic vision by creating strategies that identify, target, attract, engage and secure top talent in the Digital marketplace. As a member of the Executive Recruiting team you will create proactive, high-touch approaches that build strong talent networks and create brand awareness in the external digital community. You will work with the Digital leadership team to determine talented individuals whose expertise and experiences will influence and support Bank of America’s long-term Digital strategy.


  • Drive recruiting efforts for senior internal and external talent for Consumer Advanced Solutions & Digital Banking

  • Create an informed, consultative digital talent strategy based on targeted research, industry/market and candidate data

  • Identify, attract, engage and secure top talent in today’s Digital marketplace (inclusive of all industries)

  • Partner with executives and HR partners to determine current and future executive talent acquisition needs

  • Build robust diverse candidate slates

  • Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners, and business partners

  • Communicate and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across the company

  • Work closely with business executives, HR Executive and peers to map target companies organizational structures and maintain in-depth, current Negotiate and close complex/competitive offers

  • Adhere guide and educate business leaders and partners on Talent Acquisition process and applicable laws

  • Uphold strict confidentiality specific to talent planning, succession planning and organizational design

  • Establish effective executive search methodologies and best practices

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years professional level recruiting managing search and selection process for executive level roles

  • Current executive level recruiting experience in the digital industry

  • Strong understanding of current competitive Digital landscape

  • Demonstrated experience understanding executive compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to analyze compensation packages and propose and negotiate appropriately competitive offers

  • Proven ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, leadership

  • Demonstrated expertise in development of sourcing strategies and cold calling

  • Strong client management experience with solid credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services

  • Experience providing fact based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations

  • Use of innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs

  • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result-oriented

  • Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables

  • Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story and effectively presenting

  • Strong communication (both written and oral) skills

  • Must maintain and exude strong sense of urgency and integrity

  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience,

  • Previous Digital Recruiting experience

  • Technical recruiting experience at senior level, i.e. testing support, testing

  • Knowledge of state hiring pay equity laws

Enterprise Role Overview

Independently manages the search and selection process for executive-level (band 1-3, select band 4) and difficult to fill positions (e.g. investment management and quant). Manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes; to include networking and pipelining. Dedicated to sourcing top external & internal candidates and does not rely on executive search firms to fill job openings or internal succession placements to achieve results. Engages and leverages business partners, such as Human Resource Managers, Relationship Managers, and Leadership Development to achieve results. Individual contributor role with 5-7 years of recruiting experience.
