As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for directly supporting the performance of marketing efforts across our portfolio by researching, writing, editing and proofreading content for articles, papers, webcasts, video, website, brochures, presentations, landing pages, case studies, advertising and other forms and formats of communication. You will collaborate with internal experts, stakeholders and teammates as well as work with customers and other external experts to deliver content that resonates and causes action among our buyers and prospective buyers. You will utilize data to understand the engagement and results of your content contributions, as well as serve as a champion for our business in social media.

This role can be 100% remote**


  • Story arcs, themes – Collaborate with internal and external constituents to establish storylines, themes and topics for specific programs, events and assets

  • Market intelligence – Perform research and leverage internal/external data as appropriate to understand our markets and market segmentation to influence and provide a basis for content development

  • Demand generation – Contribute to the strategy and tactics for regional, local and channel programs and events

  • Digital engagement – Serve as a Tagetik North America champion on social media

  • Buyer Personas & Journey – Establish and leverage familiarity with our buyer personas and buyer journey to drive story, theme and topic decisions, ensure engagement and lead conversion; create/iterate content type/format map to guide and enable the team

  • Brand - Understand and adhere to brand requirements

  • Asset production – Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure quality of final production

  • Metrics and measurement – determine key metrics, measure, report and iterate activity in accordance with results

  • Other marketing projects and activities as assigned


Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of B2B writing experience in a marketing capacity, ideally for a SaaS company

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present information in a meaningful and informative way

  • Proven attention to detail

  • Collaborative approach yet able to work independently

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Writing samples required; be prepared to share your process as well as your approach to proofreading

Preferred Experience:

  • Background writing for supply chain, logistics, corporate performance management and/or corporate tax

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

  • Knowledge of social media

Travel Requirements:

Up to 10% domestic travel required, primarily air travel.
