USALLIANCE Financial Cooperative Partnership Specialist - Business Development in Boston, Massachusetts
This position will assist in the development and implementation of strategic, multi-faceted business development programs designed to increase the Credit Union’s visibility in Select Employee Groups (SEGs), partnerships and the community. Promote, retain, and increase Credit Union membership and functions as a member of the Business Development Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development and community relations activities and strategies that promote credit union growth through managing primarily new and existing SEG (group) relationships in current and new markets.
Represent the credit union at sponsor locations, events, and business functions.
Identify growth opportunities and develop implementation plans.
Provide regular feedback to Management regarding SEG performance, strategies, and tactics. Including coordinating, documenting, and tracking business development initiatives, appointments, and activities.
Partner in mentoring and coaching other business development and Branch staff.

Ability to Problem Solve
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
3-5 years of Financial Services and Sales Experience
Travel is required as needed and at least 50% of the time
