The Global Operations Manager provides guidance and technical expertise to the Global Partners team and supports and drives the creation and implementation of Global Operations best practices, playbooks and processes along with store operations training. Leads new partner retail deal approval process and standards; supports and drives the development of new communication and project management tools for store pipeline and construction tracking and approval; uses and leverages the market mapping tool for deal approvals and store openings. Supports alignment of cross functional teams on the operations strategies. Tracks projected sales and profit of new doors versus business expectations. Leverages growth potential at country/territory levels through capacity calculations based on sales forecasting and KPIs, balancing new doors, bigger doors and comp growth. Analyzes and prioritizes key trade zones based on market potential. Supports and manages the pipeline; site level mapping; and drives, coordinates and enhances the financial models and business case decks for GPM LT approval. Creates and manages the fleet review yearly process for new stores and remodels. Supports and influences the work-stream process between, legal and global partners. Recruits, coaches and mentors direct and indirect reports ensuring that the teams are functioning efficiently and effectively taking corrective action when required.


  • 8+ years Real Estate Operations or related experience required. Cross functional Real Estate, Store Development, Finance or Operations experience preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of retail math, financial planning marketplace mapping

  • Demonstrated strong and effective analytics and business reporting skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to develop ad hoc reporting and analytical tools.

  • Proven experience creating, shaping and driving a territory vision

  • Past experience on partnering and managing a portfolio of stores within an integrated marketplace.

  • Ability to deliver retail operational excellence across multiple regions.

  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.

Track record working both independently and in a team environment

Proven ability for multi-tasking and project management on various levels with different and converging tight timelines

Strong influencing and presentation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for developing and delivering strategies to executive level management.

Demonstrated experience managing, coaching and leading a team.
