This position works with cross-functional teams and other regions globally on pricing analytics, acts as the connection across the different modalities (Imaging & CCS) to establish contract price with a value base approach to support Service modalities and regional service teams. Responsible for execution of pricing and margin expansion strategies of existing contract base and new product introduction.
•Lead comprehensive analysis of services business across existing modality contract base. Put in place KPI’s and process to impact service pricing accretion, improve price performance in services contracts
•Improve price setting for new product introduction.
•Lead value prop analysis on existing portfolio to assess best practice across regions and potential gaps in price list
•Lead and track metrics that will help management understand the impact of pricing initiatives to improve price
•Engage and support Pricing, Services marketing, Product Management, Commercial teams in understanding commercial trends, competitive and market landscape for services business and drive strategic and tactical actions
•Work closely with Service marketing, operations and finance in measuring promotional effectiveness, conduct post audit
•Lead and assist in pricing reviews with GEHC leadership, and facilitate services pricing forums
•Work with equipment pricing team and business functions to drive franchise margin expansion initiatives
•Work with service sales, product management, field marketing and operations to drive initiatives to maximize price realization
•Drive value based pricing, promote best practices sharing and assist other regions in scaling best practices, and instill pricing rigor in GEHC Services business.
•Gather, analyze and disseminate Competitive and Market Intelligence information in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
•Leveraging existing/new pricing tools and methodologies across Global /Regional Services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in pricing, marketing, finance, product management, or a related field
Demonstrated skill to clearly assess financial impact of business actions, recommend and
Proven stellar analytical, process, and project management skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
Successfully led cross-functional teams/projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in pricing, marketing, finance, product management, or a related field,
Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) experience is a plus
Strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle cross-functional issues
Demonstrated analytical skills, with a keen ability to synthesize diverse ideas/inputs into a cohesive execution plan.
Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans, adjusting to changing circumstances and meeting deadlines. Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones.
