What do you get to do in this position?
As part of the Global Strategic Marketing Communications team of the EcoBuildings Division at Schneider Electric, you will be primarily responsible for project managing and developing marketing communications assets that support the strategic goals for the lines of business and/or segment. This individual will work closely with stakeholders in the development of content and campaign assets to support communication efforts for both internal and external key stakeholders.
The ideal person has a business-to-business marketing communications background, is a self-starter, passionate, hard-working with strong interpersonal communication skills, well organized, and able to handle multiple projects at once with minimal direction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders in the development of strategic, tactical plans to support business objectives, measuring and tracking effectiveness, and making recommendations to optimize throughout the life of the campaign.
Proactively lead the process of developing and leveraging content to support all major stages of the marketing funnel including, but not limited to: thought leadership, digital advertising, social media, video, customer testimonials, white papers, ebooks, web content, etc.
Lead project management by utilizing new and existing tools to ensure assets are on-time, posted in proper repositories, and within budget.
Develop and communicate the offer messages by writing or editing content for marketing collateral, white papers, newsletters, case studies, and on-line content, etc. within assigned areas.
Demonstrate and have a passion for developing and executing social media campaigns and programs.
Have some workingknowledge of digital demand generation programs that include content development and nurturing campaigns.
Supervise ad and graphics agencies, copywriters and in-house graphics production as required to ensure brand compliance and high quality creative.
Help execute programs by rolling out and communicating to internal stakeholders as well as collecting, organizing and consolidating stakeholder feedback.
Provide support for overall corporate communications; internally and externally.
Be the brand experts within the strategic marketing communication team helping them to translate the brand guidelines for the business.
Provide support as needed for events and internal communication.
Perform other duties as required.
This job might be for you if:
5+ years related work experience preferably in a high-tech product and services environment
B.A. or B.S. in marketing, communications, journalism or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to plan, organize and execute multiple projects within budget, on schedule and with attention to detail
Experience with multi-media forms of communications preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and preferably Adobe Creative Suite _ _
