Fiserv Consumer Marketing Consultant in Boston, Massachusetts

Position Description

What does a great Consumer Marketing Consultant do?

As the consumer marketing consultant, you will play a critical role in accelerating adoption of mobile banking and digital remote deposits among consumers and small businesses and help evolve our growing team of top talent in bank solutions You will work closely with our financial institution clients, client partners, and a third-party marketing agency to create custom campaigns, track results, and recommend improvements to increase usage. You will advise clients on best practices for digital growth and customer engagement and drive other marketing projects for the business unit. You will gain valuable experience in the fast-moving world of financial technology (fintech) by keeping on top of the latest innovations and providing support as these solutions go to market.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant liberal arts discipline. High School Diploma/GED required in lieu of degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably consumer marketing

  • You will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)

  • Experience with graphic and video design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite

  • Consumer marketing experience, preferably in financial services, with campaign design, measurement knowledge

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with presentation experience preferred

  • Experience in client-facing roles and hosting webinars

  • Business acumen to understand client goals, business unit goals

  • Solid ability to solve problems and drive campaign improvements

  • Curious frame of mind with resourcefulness and initiative: ability to track down information when not readily available by using various contacts and sources inside and outside the organization

  • Extraordinary networking and relationship-building skills; comfortable in a matrix environment with other business unit marketing teams

  • Travel required : up to 10% Preferred Qualifications for Consideration

  • Project management skills a plus
