Facebook Consumer Integrated Marketing Manager, Measurement & Optimization in Boston, Massachusetts

Our team’s goal is to fundamentally change how people feel about and use the Facebook App. We demonstrate the value of Facebook App in people’s lives by telling the brand’s story that is anchored in product proof points and showcases the best that Facebook App has to offer, through scaled global integrated marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented marketer, with the ability to ground decisions in data and insights to join our nimble team. Your job will be to drive the measurement and learning agenda of the brand campaign, by leading collaboration across Data Science, Marketing Insights, and Media team members globally. You will identify and execute testing opportunities, track performance to goals, drive the narrative of campaign performance and optimization opportunities. The right person will take an accountability-oriented approach and is highly strategic and collaborative, with a bias for action.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop the measurement strategy and in-market testing and learning agenda for the brand campaign, and lead delivery of the aggregated campaign performance narrative & strategic implications in partnership with the cross functional data science, insights and media teams.

  2. Drive communications and alignment across leadership and cross-functional partners across research, analytics, media, international marketing leads, and product marketing leads around the measurement narrative.

  3. Tackle problems with a strategic mindset, create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems and translate them into easy-to-grasp concepts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, digital media, lifecycle marketing, or marketing measurement

  2. Experience in the consumer technology or internet industry

  3. Analytical and problem-solving experience with a results-oriented mindset

  4. Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams

  5. Project Management experience

  6. Executive and product team communications experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA
