Your Role and Responsibilities
The Industry Client Leader is responsible for the total customer relationship and experience for a strategic client account, with broad general manager type responsibilities and authorities. He/She is proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and maintains effective long-term business relationships at the senior level with key decision makers and influencers, while shielding the client form IBM's internal complexity.
This role is the integrator of IBM in front of the customer and is responsible for identifying and prioritizing IBM opportunities & developing solutions strategies, planning and facilitating/conducting complex negotiations to achieve lasting agreements and commitments. As the leader of Team IBM on the account, the Industry Client Leader mobilizes IBM resources as an integrated team spanning all of IBM's businesses and delivers the full value of IBM, not just the contract.

Occasional travel will be required to Boise, ID
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
4 years experience in cloud, analytics or industry solution business development
At least 3 years in Consumer/Retail Industry
Demonstrated leadership skills
Creative problem solver and open to change
Ability to work in complex, matrix managed organizational environments
Proven Presentation Skills
Demonstrated Communication Skills both verbal and written
