Cornerstone onDemand Community Program Manager (United States) in Boston, Massachusetts

As Customer Community Program Manager, you’ll oversee the management of Cornerstone’s customer community from strategy through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define, develop, and execute customer community related initiatives. In this role, you’ll drive our customer awareness, engagement, and product adoption by continually optimizing our customer community digital experience.

In this role you will...

  • Manage an ongoing operational plan for customer communities

  • Day to day community management including monitoring, moderation, reporting, internal adoption/promotion

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization and around the globe to make it easy for our customers to do business with Cornerstone

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of community guidelines and policies

  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of the Customer Community strategy

  • Develop and manage structure and processes for internal accountability amongst department leaders and other stakeholders

  • Set and track KPIs (key performance indicators) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Report KPIs to internal stakeholders

You’ve got what it takes if you...

  • Have a B.A./B.S. or equivalent professional experience in Communications, Marketing, or Business

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in community administration

  • Executive effectively across multiple projects and achieve results

  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with customers and a demonstrated understanding of their needs and experience

  • Confident, motivated and eager team player with a combination of creative ability, operational brilliance, and the ability to inspire action through others

  • Proactive, curious mindset, that enjoys working and helping with a team

  • Have a bias towards action and can manage your time and priorities

  • Experience with either the Cornerstone or Saba Cloud solutions, preferred

  • Experience in SaaS and/or Talent Management, preferred
