As a Community Engagement Program Manager, you’ll be on the forefront of shaping community experiences through content and community-oriented events. The result of your efforts will be a visibly more vibrant digital customer experience within the community. You’ll be responsible for building and executing on a community content and event strategy that could include collecting, organizing and presenting community generated content and developing a coordinated events process to host a regular cadence of events. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with partners in Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing to deliver ongoing content and engagement initiatives that create value both for the community and Siemens. In this role, you will be a connector for our customers to internal stakeholders, bringing the voice of the customer into Siemens.
As theCommunity Engagement Program Manager, you will:
Developa coordinated content and events community strategy in collaboration with ourCommunity Strategist
Drivecommunity engagement by conceptualizing and executing on events (AMAs, meet& greets, virtual user meetups, etc.)
Workclosely with our internal teams and customers to build a highly personalizedand interactive yet scalable approach for hosting community events andcontributing member curated content
Youwill be a key stakeholder to the Community Strategist and Community ProductManager providing business requirements that are aligned to the content andevent strategy and roadmap
Buildand maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders on Product,Marketing and Customer Success; drive insights from the community back torelevant teams
Monitorsuccess of content and events program back to programmatic OKRs
You are:
Aprofessional with 2+ years’ experience in community management and/or programmanagement
Ableto effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment **Weare looking for someone who can think strategically and is also willing andable to execute the strategies.
Excelsat building relationships and influencing change through human centeredbusiness practices
Strong,clear verbal + written communication skills with the ability to interact with abreadth of stakeholders across the organization and with our customers
Energetic,self-starter who values empathy and collaboration
Youhave a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
